Our Dumbbell Workout Sessions focuses on joint-isolation exercises-such as biceps curls, chest flyes or shoulder raises. Using dumbbells for full-body multiplanar movements, however, can provide a variety of different strengthening outcomes. Our dumbbell classes also offer many benefits from cardio respiratory fitness to flexibility. We think we speak for 95% of the population when we say; training your upper body at home is hard.
