Stretch classes, as the name suggests, are all about setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles. Our qualified instructors tend to focus not just on the workout, but also on the recovery of the muscles. Our total stretching classes are designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout. Classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy our live classes.
