Total Body Conditioning
Our Total Body Conditioning Classes target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body. We may combine several types of exercises, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training, to get your body looking and feeling great. This class uses body bars, barbells, dumbbells and anything you can use as weights at home. Our instructors may vary in approach; however, all our exercises are a great workout for men and women of any fitness level.
